Dough Container
A clear, straight-sided tub for tracking bulk rise.
A clear container with straight sides, and often volume markings, used for bulk fermentation. Because the sides are straight, you can see exactly how much the dough has grown and judge your bulk rise by percentage. Clear sides also let you see bubbles forming along the edges and bottom, which tells you a lot about fermentation.

Henry's notes from the bench
- Put a strip of tape on the side at the dough's starting level. Then you're reading the rise, not guessing it.
